Work
What we built, client by client.
What we built, why and how. Where it was measured, the result.

Grupo ILTCustoms brokerage and freight
The system now logs four out of five updates.
- 4 of 5
- updates are logged by the system
- 8 statuses
- in one record, where there were 29 lists on 4 boards
- Since July
- 2026, in operation
- What we did
- An operations tracking system. The team reports on WhatsApp, as always, and the system files each update under the right operation and watches every deadline.
- Why
- The status of each operation lived in chats and in 29 lists spread across 4 boards. Management could not see where each one stood.
- How
- The official WhatsApp API, with nothing new to install. One record with 8 statuses, author and time on every change, deadline alerts and a report to management twice a day.

ENNCOIndustrial electrical engineering and solar energy
Its own prospecting channel into industrial plants.
- What we did
- A demand generation system: a page that pre-quotes from the power bill and direct prospecting to industrial plants, with automated follow-up.
- Why
- They wanted industrial projects above 100 kWp, and every sale depended on the director following up in person.
- How
- A database of plants built from public registries, email from dedicated inboxes in the director’s voice, and a dashboard with reply alerts.
Epicure GreeceLuxury DMC in the Greek islands
A website that travelers and AI can read.
- What we did
- A new website, readable by people and by AI engines, with an assistant that turns visits into trip requests.
- Why
- They needed to receive the right request and quote fast.
- How
- A site built on their brand, a machine layer (llms.txt and structured data) and a migration with 162 routes tested before the switch.

Emerino Real EstateLuxury real estate
The demand was there; it had nowhere to land.
- What we did
- A bilingual real estate site the client runs: a catalog with filters and a map, a page per property, a mortgage calculator and direct contact.
- Why
- Leads came in and got lost: the catalog did not show and everything fell into a single WhatsApp, unqualified.
- How
- Redirects from the old site to keep search rankings, an admin panel with roles and consent on every form.

Tour AmigoSoftware for tour operators
An AI assistant for the non-technical team.
- What we did
- An internal assistant that drafts release notes, client status updates and replies from their knowledge base and ticketing system.
- Why
- Every week, the team put together release notes and each client’s status by hand.
- How
- One chat box, read-only access to the ticketing system and sign-in only with company accounts.
