Teckel
Privacy notice
Last updated: June 28, 2026
At Teckel we take care of your information. This notice explains, in plain language, what data we collect when you send us your case or use our tools, what we use it for, and how you can control it.
Who is responsible
The party responsible for processing your data is Teckel (Teckel AI). For any privacy matter, write to us at [email protected].
What data we collect
Only what you share with us and the minimum technical data needed to run the site:
- Contact details you enter: name, company, email or WhatsApp.
- What you tell us about your business: your case, your revenue range, and your answers in the tools.
- Basic technical data: approximate country and browser. We do not store your IP address in the clear, only an encrypted version to prevent abuse.
What we use it for
- To contact you and prepare the consultation or result you requested.
- To understand your case and recommend where AI pays off fastest in your operation.
- To improve our site and our tools.
We do not use your data for anything beyond this without letting you know.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We process it with trusted providers that help us operate (for example, hosting and email delivery), solely for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your case and follow up. If you ask us to delete it, we do.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update, or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time. In Mexico this corresponds to the ARCO rights under the LFPDPPP; if you write to us from the European Union, your rights under the GDPR apply. To exercise them, write to us at [email protected] and we will respond.
Changes to this notice
If we update this notice, we will publish the new version right here with its date.
